Youngevity TO RECIEVE "GUARDIAN OF THE CONSTITUTION AWARD"

San Diego, California- Youngevity has been chosen to receive the “Guardian of the Constitution Award”. This award will be accepted at an event in Big Sky, Montana in early September. The event is taking place in Big Sky, Montana to honor those that have defended the rights of Americans to receive truthful health information.
The Guardian of the Constitution Award is given to honor people and companies and is awarded “In grateful appreciation for their consistent and unyielding defense of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution against FDA censorship”. Youngevity has submitted several Health Claim Petitions to the FDA and is responsible for the recently authorized Health Claim Petition for Selenium and its relationship to Cancer Risk Reduction. Youngevity has helped to defend the Health Claim Petition process through the courts as well and has submitted many official comments to the FDA on behalf of the industry, all in an effort to help consumers have more access to truthful information in order to base a more informed Nutritional decision regarding their own health and wellness.
