San Diego, California- Youngevity has been chosen to receive the “Guardian of the Constitution Award”. This award will be accepted at an event in Big Sky, Montana in early September. The event is taking place in Big Sky, Montana to honor those that have defended the rights of Americans to receive truthful health information.
The Guardian of the Constitution Award is given to honor people and companies and is awarded “In grateful appreciation for their consistent and unyielding defense of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution against FDA censorship”. Youngevity has submitted several Health Claim Petitions to the FDA and is responsible for the recently authorized Health Claim Petition for Selenium and its relationship to Cancer Risk Reduction.
