The Youngevity® European Dream Cruise Contest will be held from February 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008. With three ways to win, we’ve designed this contest to fit your personal business-building style!

Win by completing ONE of the following contest requirements:

1. 10 New* Personally Enrolled Managing Associates
within levels 1 through 3 in your downline during the
qualification period. New Managing Associates must
qualify as a Managing Associate for at least 2 of the 11
months during the qualification period.

2. Generate $50,000 in New Retail Customer Volume
during the qualification period.

3. Maintain Diamond Status in Youngevity® AND Silver Status
in DrinkACT™ for 8 of the 11 months during the qualification period.

*Qualified for the first time as Managing Associate during the contest qualification period.

1. If you know for sure that you want to participate in this contest, please complete the EUROPEAN
DREAM CRUISE REGISTRATION FORM that is posted in the Downloads section of Youngevity.com and
submit it as soon as possible through mail, email (Contest@Youngevity.com), or fax
(619-934-3205).

2. Once you feel that you’ve earned the prize, you must notify Youngevity® by completing the
EUROPEAN DREAM CRUISE WINNER FORM found in the Downloads section of Youngevity.com and submit it
as soon as possible through mail, email (Contest@Youngevity.com), or fax (619-934-3205).

3. All active distributors in good standing may participate in the contest. To be eligible for the
prize, distributors must remain active and in good standing during the contest period and months
preceding the cruise. New distributors must remain active from the time of enrollment until the
cruise to be eligible.

4. Any product returns will result in the corresponding qualifications being forfeited.

5. Youngevity® reserves the right to act as the final judge as to winner eligibility and prize
distribution, as well as to any interpretations of these rules. Contest is void where prohibited.
Winners assume the responsibility of reporting any prizes won as income on tax returns;
Youngevity® will not pay taxes for the winners and may report any prizes distributed to the IRS.

6. Youngevity® reserves the right to suspend or terminate this promotion without notice if deemed
Youngevity® Executive Management. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

7. All winners will be subject to verification or auditing of their qualifications.

8. All decisions made by Youngevity® will be final.

Passport & Visa Requirements
It is suggested that ALL participants have a valid passport to board the ship. If you currently have a passport, make sure it will still be valid in 2009. If you don't have a passport, contact your local post office immediately for instructions on obtaining one. If you are a citizen of any country outside the United States and Canada, please determine what other appropriate legal documents are required, i.e., Visa, Green Card, along with your passport.

Flight Information
When the contest is over, prize winners will be contacted with instructions on how to obtain their flights.

Cancellations & Refunds
After January 31, 2009, no refunds or cancellations will be made. The registered individual will be responsible to pay the entire fee for their stateroom. Note: Cruise prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
