  3. Decreased levels of estrogen and testosterone can result in lowered desire and less satisfaction. Estrogen is the hormone associated with sexual desire in women; testosterone with sexual drive and function, including sensitivity of the breasts and clitoris. Optimize these two hormones and sexual satisfaction is greatly improved.
