Super Juices and Antioxidant Activity continue to be Hot Topic

Wild Blueberries have a greater antioxidant content than common fruits such as apples, bananas, red grapes, and strawberries according to Cornell University Researchers.

Pomegranates, blackberries, raspberries and cranberries also performed well in the tests that measured cellular antioxidant activity (CAA).

Fruits like berries are naturally high in antioxidants because of their anthocyanin content, which not only give many fruits their color, but are high in antioxidants.

“While further testing is needed to confirm how dietary antioxidants are absorbed by and go to work in the human body to prevent cancer and other chronic diseases, we’re encouraged by the response in this initial screening measure,” concluded Lead Researcher Dr. Rui Hai Liu, PhD.

Things You Can Do to Sponsor

New Associates

If you are serious about growing your Youngevity Business one of your goals should be to meet new people and to sponsor new people. Here are some things you can do to begin.

Have a goal of talking to at least two new people every single day about your business. Mention some aspect of your Youngevity business every single day to at least two others. This could be sharing the Youngevity Yfactor newsletter or perhaps brainstorming on product usage or simply asking someone if they would like a catalog. Two people every day for a month is 60 new people you will have spoken to in just one month.

Have another goal of talking to five new people every single day. This is different than the above suggestion of talking to two people about business. Make a point of introducing yourself by just saying hello to five new people every day. In one month’s time that is 150 people you will have met. There is a good chance that of those 150 people one of them knows someone who wants what you are offering.

Make sure you have business cards, catalogs, and recruiting information with you everywhere you go. You never know when someone you meet will want information or a catalog.

Reconnect with old acquaintances. Write an email or make a phone call and say hello to folks you have not spoken with in a long time.

Make a point to learn new things this month. What have you thought about learning more about? Make it a point to learn something new this month and to implement this new learning into your business.
