Current Vitamin D Levels Not Enough in Pregnancy
Pregnant American Women do not get enough vitamin D according to a new study appearing in the current issue of the Journal of Nutrition, which evaluates data from 400 women, randomly selected. The study found between 66.1 and 92.4 percent of newborn babies had insufficient Vitamin D levels at birth.
These findings support the argument that the upper limit on products containing Vitamin D in the United States needs to be increased, along with daily recommended intake values for Vitamin D.
"Our study shows that current Vitamin D dietary intake recommendations are not enough to meet the demands of pregnancy" said Lisa Bodnar, assistant Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health and lead author of the study.

Effective Emailing
Email is becoming a very effective way to communicate with your leads and your existing downline members. But as you know, most people are far too busy to read each individual email. More often than not, they will quickly skim through them, deleting it if something doesn't look right, or worse it ends up in their junk mail folder and gets deleted as spam.
Here are a few tips to help ensure your emails are opened and read:
- Use a clear subject line, avoiding flashy words and all capital letters to stress urgency, and only use the word 'urgent' if it truly is.
- Make a good impression by always presenting a professional image; avoid the use of "emoticons", and wallpapers (color or imaging for a background).
- Be aware of the tone of your email, often the written word may come across as anger or sarcasm.
- Keep your focus by sending only one topic per email.
- Attach the original email when replying and limit use of reply all.
- Keep your email signature brief, your logo small and do not include more then one or two website links.
