Low Levels Of Selenium, B6, And B12 Linked To "Daily Difficulties" Researchers from Cornell University have linked low serum concentrations of Selenium, Vitamins B6, and B12 to age related difficulties in conducting daily activities, leading them to conclude that nutritional status is a key factor in helping people live an active life for longer. (Living Younger Longer!)
The study, published in November's Archives of Internal Medicine, involved 643 women aged 65 years and older.
