Omega-3 and Antioxidant Combo Could Ease Inflammation
A combination of Omega-3 fatty acids and the flavonoid quercitrin (quercetin) may work to reduce inflammation.
Omega-3 fatty acids have previously been linked to a reduction in markers of inflammation, particularly in relation to Cardiovascular Disease. For gut health however some studies have reported that omega-3 supplementation may not be beneficial since this can impair the colonic antioxidant system.
This could be remedied, say researchers behind the new study, by including an antioxidant compound, such as the flavonoid quercitrin along with the omega-3s. The new study is published online in the Journal "Clinical Nutrition" (doi: 10.1016/j.clnu. 2005.12.009). Adding quercitrin to omega-3s may have an added advantage of improving stability of the oils which are susceptible to degradation from oxygen, heat and light.
Quercitrin can be found in Ancient Legacy's Vita Food tablets, SupraLife's Cell Shield and Youngevity's Anti-Aging Daily Premium Pak. However studies indicate that other antioxidants may have the same effect. Antioxidants can be found in most Youngevity products.

Week's Conference Call
Many thanks to last week's featured Conference Call speaker, Double Diamond Rosemary Morley, who, joined by Sheryl Morley, discussed the many opportunities behind approaching business building with the same passion and fervor as promoting and sharing your favorite Youngevity products with new people.
Rosemary voiced her excitement over the new Founder's Club Cruise incentive. She encouraged everyone on the call to meet the realistic goal of recruiting one managing associate per month for four consecutive months. To help in that process, Rosemary believes in using Todd Smith's Mineral Story dvd as a sales tool.
Rosemary champions teamwork, and great aspects of being a part of the team are continued support and communication. Simply listening and joining the weekly conference calls to stay informed is an effortless practice to stay at the top of your business-building game!
Tonight, Diamond Debra Flanders will join the call to share details from the upcoming Nashville on Fire! event held in Nashville, TN the weekend of June 23rd. Debra will be joined by Brenda Wehrman to discuss how to attract media attention to your events!
