Youngevity has one of the most generous compensation plans in the industry. It’s called the Stairway to Success.

The Stairway to Success is what’s known as a Unilevel compensation plan. This payment structure essentially allows you to sign up as many Associates as you can. As they advance through the organization, your income will grow.

Your personal compensation depends on your ability to identify like-minded individuals to join your organization and to guide them to eventually become Leaders themselves. Generally, you’re looking for individuals who, just like you:

  • Are interested in owning their own businesses
  • Want control over the hours they work
  • Want the freedom to determine their income

One of the great advantages of the Stairway to Success is that your income is essentially limitless…many of our Team Members make six—or even seven—figures annually! It’s up to you to determine your own success, through the people you bring on board and by the amount of dedication and hard work you’re willing to invest in your business.

But That’s Not All

You may think that the Ranks are all there is, but there is much more. Youngevity’s incredible Compensation Plan also includes a Quick Start Bonus, Reactivation Bonuses, and even a Dream Car Bonus!

Jr. Associate

You’ll join the organization as a Jr. Associate and be eligible for up to Level 2 commissions. To do this:

  • Submit your Associate Distributor Application and $10 registration fee to Youngevity.
  • Be active with 50 PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) during the eligibility period of one calendar month.

Associate – 1st Rank

Associates are eligible for up to Level 3 commissions. To advance to Associate, you must:

  • Be active with 100 PBV in one calendar month.

Managing Associates – 2nd Rank

You advance to become a Managing Associate when you have enrolled 3 individuals who each placed orders with at least 100BV and you are active with 300BV; or, if you are only active with 150BV and you enroll three individuals who each place at least 50BV.

If you advance to the rank of Managing Associate, then you gain access to Level 5 for commissions.


Managing Associates are eligible for up to Level 5 commissions. You can advance to Managing Associate one of two ways:

Retail Managing Associate

  • Have at least 150 PBV during one calendar month
  • Enroll three Active L1 Associates
  • Have 900 GV (Group Volume) in Ranks 1 and 2

Business Builder Managing Associate

  • Have at least 300 PBV during one calendar month
  • Enroll three Active L1 Associates

Diamond Leader – 3rd Rank

You advance to become a Diamond Leader after you have helped three of the Associates you brought into the business become Managing Associates. If you are active with 300BV, and you have three Active and Qualified Managing Associates within your organization, then you will become a Diamond Leader.

A Diamond Leader gains access to 6 Levels within their organization. That means that you will earn the indicated percentage up to 6 levels deep. As an added bonus, you will also earn a 2% Leadership bonus beginning with Level 7 until 6 Generations of Diamond Leaders are found.

Diamonds are eligible for up to Level 6 commissions plus a 2% Leadership Bonus. To qualify, you must:

  • Be active with 300 PBV during one calendar month
  • Help three of your team members rise active Managing Associates
  • Have a least 5400 of GV in Ranks 1 and 2

Kona Double Diamond Leader – 4th Rank

Now that you know what it takes to become a Diamond, it is time to take the next step and advance to becoming a Kona Double Diamond. Now how do you do that? Now that you know what it takes to become Diamond, you can advance to become a Kona Double Diamond when you help three of your Managing Associates become Diamonds. This means that as your team begins to enjoy success, you are able to advance your business as well. Your business will only grow when you help those you have brought on board achieve success!

As a Kona Double Diamond, you still have access to 6 Levels of payout, plus you receive the 2% Leadership Bonus, and you now receive the Dream Bonus of $600. The great thing about the Dream Bonus is that you can take the money and use it to purchase or lease that car you’ve always wanted, pay down your mortgage, take a vacation…it is for you, for your dreams, we do not tell you what to do with it, it is yours to use to achieve your dreams! We might recommend that beautiful new Cadillac or Lincoln you’ve had your eye on thought, as a Kona Double Diamond You deserve it.

Now that you know what it takes to become a Diamond, why not take the next step and become a Kona Double Diamond? Just help three of your Managing Associates become Diamond Leaders.

Kona Double Diamonds are eligible to earn:

  • Up to Level 6 commissions
  • A 2% Leadership Bonus
  • A Dream Bonus of $600

Fiji Double Diamond – 5th Rank

Fiji Double Diamond is the easiest rank to achieve if you have learned how to become a Kona Double Diamond. Because to advance from Kona to Fiji, all you have to do is help two more of your leaders become Diamonds. When you do that, you will advance from a Kona Double Diamond to a Fiji Double Diamond.

As a Fiji Double Diamond, you have now gained access to Level 7 for payout and your monthly dream bonus has grown to $800 in addition to the 7 levels of Unilevel Commissons and the 2% Infinity Bonus!

You can use your Dream Bonus for that New Corvette, Lexus, Mercedes or whatever you chose to spend it on, or you can save it, again it is totally up to you.

The next step is the Tahiti Double Diamond, and at this point you are well on your way!!!

Now that you’ve learned how to become a Kona Double Diamond, becoming a Fiji Double Diamond will seem easy!  All you have to do is help two more of your leaders become Diamonds!

Fiji Double Diamonds are eligible to earn:

  • Bonuses up to Level 7 commissions
  • A 2% Leadership Bonus
  • A Dream Bonus of $800

Tahiti Double Diamond Leader – 6th Rank

To advance from Fiji Double Diamond to Tahiti Double Diamond, you just have to add 1 more Diamond leg to your organization. You have already demonstrated that you know how to build Diamonds, so go back to your organization and help one more of your Leaders grow to Diamond. Once you have at least 6 Diamond legs, and have met the other minimum requirements, you will become a Tahiti Double Diamond Leader!!!

As a Tahiti Double Diamond Leader, you have gained access to Level 8 commissions in your organization and your Dream bonus has exploded to $1000 per month! At this point, you should be working your Youngevity business full-time, and beginning to pursue your dreams! That Dream Bonus should go a long way to purchasing the car of your Dreams, a Fabulous Corvette, a Dreamy Mercedes, or a Monster Truck, whatever suits you. Or use it to add on to your house, or college fund for your children or your grand children, again it is totally up to you, you deserve the freedom, you’ve earned it!

You’ve successfully demonstrated skill as a “Diamond Builder,” so go back to your organization and help one more of your Leaders achieve this Rank. Once you have at least 6 Diamond Leaders and have met the other minimum requirements, you’ll become a Tahiti Double Diamond!

As a Tahiti Double Diamond, you’re eligible to earn:

  • Up to Level 8 commissions
  • A 2% Leadership Bonus

A Dream Bonus of $1000

Triple Diamond Leader – Top Rank!

Triple Diamonds have truly reached the top of the compensation plan. To get to this Rank, just take what you already know and apply it one more time! That’s right—show your organization that you can help anyone become a Diamond by select three more of your best Leaders and helping them become Diamonds. Once you have at least 6 Diamond Leaders and have met the other minimum requirements, you’ll become a Tahiti Double Diamond!

As a Triple Diamond, your monthly earnings will include:

  • Access to 8 Levels of Commissions
  • A 2% Leadership Bonus
  • Access to the Global Revenue Sharing Bonus (1/2 of 1 percent of global net commissionable revenue)

Access to the Global Revenue Sharing Bonus (1/2 of 1 percent of global net commissionable revenue)
